Safe Worlds IPTV makes “Milli” and “Billi” possible.
- "Milli" is the name of the Million Channel Universe we are building with Safe Worlds IPTV.
- "Billi" is the name of the Billion Channel Universe we are building with Safe Worlds IPTV.

Alan Metcalfe’s breakthrough discovery of Universal Logic (1999) has allowed us to create Safe Worlds (the equivalent of what some are calling the Semantic Web or Web 3.0) and Safe Worlds IPTV, years ahead of the competition. Safe Worlds provides the platform for Safe Worlds IPTV's million channel universe.

In August, 2008, we launched the first commercial application of Safe Worlds (the Missionaries News Service – www.missionariesnews.tv).
In December, 2008 we started selling Premium Channels in Safe Worlds IPTV and working with Premium Channel owners to sell their products and services through Safe Worlds IPTV.
Now we are building the world's first Global Market Place.
In the same way that the World Wide Web grew from a single Web site into the vast global network of Web sites that it is today, we believe that Safe Worlds IPTV will do the same.

We confidently believe Safe Worlds IPTV will become a major Internet Media Organization (IMO) and in the process, establish Safe Worlds as the global standard for e-business.
